Join the City of Waterloo as a Program Associate, contributing to community programming in an engaging environment. This casual part time role involves working up to 24 hours a week, where you will enhance the recreation experiences across various age groups. This position, reporting to the Supervisor of Children's Programs and Inclusion Services, will see you monitoring activities and programs tailored for children, youth, adults, and seniors.

You'll facilitate a clean, secure environment while delivering excellent customer service and creating engaging recreational experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the delivery of various recreational programs
Maintain a safe and supportive workplace for participants
Prepare and handle equipment and supplies for programs
Provide direct customer engagement and support
Report safety issues or incidents as they arise Requirements:
Secondary school education or equivalent
Experience in recreational programming preferred
Strong commitment to quality customer service
Ability to perform required physical duties
