Your Team:

Join Flair’s Maintenance team, where technical leadership supports a safe, reliable, and compliant fleet. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Vice President, Maintenance leads Maintenance, Engineering, Technical Supply Chain, and Records, Planning & Automation, ensuring the resources, systems, programs, and external support are in place to meet operational needs, support fleet growth, and manage sustainable unit costs.





The Vice President oversees OEMs, MROs, lessors, and other technical partners, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management. The position also oversees aircraft introductions, deliveries, transitions, and returns in alignment with the fleet plan, along with the continued advancement of automation and technology across the department.

The Vice President, Maintenance serves as the Person Responsible for Maintenance (PRM) and fulfils the applicable responsibilities under the Company’s Air Operator Certificate and Approved Maintenance Organization certificate, in accordance with CAR 706.03 and CAR 573.04.

This is an on-site position based at our Calgary, AB (YYC) office.
