Job Title: Senior Scrum Master

Location: Toronto/ Waterloo

Ideal Rate: $70- $76 (Based on Experience)

Hybrid- once per month in office

Must haves:
5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
3+ years of Agile delivery, transformation, training, or coaching experience.
Valid Canadian Security Clearance – Reliability / Enhanced Reliability / Secret or higher.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Certified Scrum Qualified (CSP) certification required.
Solid experience with team coaching, team dynamics, and conflict management.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
