Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care
Ensure clients' social, spiritual health, and wellness are met
Act as a liaison for the Home & Community Care program
Complete daily EMR documentation accurately
Transport and assist clients per their individualized care plans Requirements:
Graduation from recognized Health Care Assistant Program
Registration with BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
CPR-C and Food Protected certifications required
Favorable criminal record check
