Responsibilities:




Develop process simulations and engineering calculations for gas processing facilities
Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs;, line lists, datasheets, and process documentation
Create process design criteria, design bases, and technical specifications
Size equipment, piping, control valves, pressure safety valves, and flare systems
Develop process control strategies and safety design philosophies
Prepare operating manuals and start-up documentation
Participate in HAZOP reviews and other process safety activities
Coordinate with clients, vendors, project managers, designers, and fabrication teams

Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
Maintain current APEGA registration
Possess 10+ years of process engineering experience within the oil and gas industry
Demonstrate strong experience with gas processing facilities and equipment
Perform detailed process design, simulations, and equipment sizing activities
Utilize Aspen HYSYS, ProMax, Symmetry, Aspen EDR, and related engineering software
Apply knowledge of Canadian gas processing standards and regulations
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams
