Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in various settings, including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home care environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid commitment to enhancing the well-being and independence of clients, especially those with disabilities, dementia, or requiring hospice care. Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
Support clients with household chores such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a protected and comfortable environment
Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors and individuals with disabilities
Assist with transfers and heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safety protocols are followed
Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare teams or family members




Support clients with activities that promote mental stimulation and social engagement

Requirements
Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, home care, or hospice care is preferred
Knowledge of dementia care, senior care, or working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility support
Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
Certification or training in medication administration or nursing assistance is a plus but not mandatory
Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed
A genuine passion for caring for others and improving their quality of life
