HealthOPM staffing agency is recruiting Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for casual shifts within a long-term care home in the Brantford area. We're looking for dependable PSWs who enjoy supporting older adults and can provide versatile availability, particularly for weekend coverage.

The Role
Assist residents with bathing, personal care, dressing, grooming and activities of daily living
Support mobility, transfers, repositioning and mealtime needs
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
Follow resident care plans, infection-control practices and safety procedures
Provide respectful,



compassionate and resident-centred care

Requirements
Recognized Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate
Previous long-term care, retirement or senior-care experience preferred
Current CPR/First Aid
Vulnerable Sector Check and required health/immunization documentation
Reliable transportation to the Brantford area
Adaptable casual availability, including weekends
Able to start as soon as possible
