We are looking for security guards with substantial experience for high-density environments. This role requires a solid qualified presence and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Candidates should have experience in crowd management and be prepared to handle physical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Secure crowd lines and manage access points
• Operate effectively within large, crowded areas
• Facilitate emergency crowd movement
• Address disturbances and assist with removals
• Maintain position against crowd pressure
Requirements:
• Valid Smart Serve certification as needed
• Reliable transportation essential for event attendance
• Adaptable for evening and weekend shifts
• Ready to fulfill physical requirements of the job
• Experience in concerts and festivals preferred
