Technical ManagerSkilledCareersarecurrentlyworkingwithalongstandingclientwhoarelookingtohireaTechnicalManagertoleadresidentialledprojectsinthesoutheast,theTechnicalManagerwillbeofficebasedwithsitevisits.Thefamilyowneddeveloperhaveahistoryofdeliveringhigh-qualityhomesinthesoutheastwithagreatworkenvironment.ResponsibilitiesOverseethepreparationoftheoptimisationprocessthroughtosignoffBrief,manageanddrivetheexternalconsultantsinthepreparationandissueofproductioninformationtoanagreedprogrammePreparetechnicalspecificationsinlinewithrequirementsdeterminedbytheLandAcquisitionbudgetandTechnical/SalesMeetingsEnsureallstatutoryenquiries,crossovers,sewerconnectionsaresubmittedandpursuedfortheirtimelyreturnOverseetheNHBC/BuildingRegulationsapplicationstoapprovalEnsurethatworkingdrawingsareinaccordancewiththeapprovedPlanningSchemePreparationofHealth&SafetyPlansMonitorandcontrolallproductioninformationincloseliaisonwiththeDevelopmentEstimatortoensuretightcostcontrolsarekeptandinformationproducedinlinewithbudgetestimatesOverseepreparationofBrochurePlans;,ConveyancePlansandSalesAreadrawingsAttendsiteprogressmeetingandcarryoutsiteinspectionsAttendmeetingsatvariousstagesofprojects(Technicalhand-over,ProjectMeeting,Optimisation,Technical/Sales,BudgetMeetings,etc.)Generalliaisonandcoordinationbetweenotherparties,bothinternalandexternalAttendSubcontractorinterviewsRespondtositequeriesandresolveTechnical/ConstructionitemsthatmayariseSkills&requirementsDeveloperormaincontractorexperienceessentialExperienceofworkingonlargemulti-unitRCframeresidentialprojectsGood;/Excellenttechnicalknowledgeofbothresidentialandcommercialconstruction,togetherwithadegreeofflairfordesignTheexperienceortheabilitytounderstandthecomplexitiesofcomplexmixeduseRegenerationprojectsAworkingknowledgeofBuildingRegulations,CodeforsustainableHomes,NHBC(ortheWarrantyProviderrequired),PartyWallAwardsandassociatedlegislationconnectedwiththeconstructionindustryTohavegoodinterpersonalcommunication,meetingandmanagementskillsessentialindealingwithmulti-disciplinedteamsAdditionalLocation - WatfordSalary - £70k - £80k + Package#J-18808-Ljbffr
