Our client is seeking a meticulous Validation Engineer to join their pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Kimberley . This role is responsible for the qualification and validation of equipment, facilities, utilities, and processes to ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products manufactured at the facility. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment, facilities, and utilities.
- Write and review validation reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless validation activities.
- Maintain the validation status of equipment and systems through revalidation and change control processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues,



ensuring minimal impact on production schedules.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in validation engineering within the pharmaceutical or related regulated industries.
- Thorough understanding of cGMP , validation principles, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Experience with qualification of manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, purified water systems, and process equipment.
- Solid technical writing skills and the ability to manage multiple validation projects effectively.
