You will partner with the Trucking Operations Manager to ensure load readiness and compliance with transportation regulations.
Your responsibilities will entail coordinating requests across locations, securing permits, and providing trucking cost estimates. Your work will help uphold the high standards of one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all trucking load readiness requests
Obtain permits and guide the trucking team
Prepare equipment service for secure transport
Develop cost estimates for trucking services
Monitor service tickets and compliance requirements Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in transportation or logistics
Administrative support background in fleet operations
Proficient in logistics systems and software
Robust attention to detail and communication skills
