Provide direction for Navigation and Funding Services
Mentor Managers overseeing Navigators and operational teams




Develop training programs for staff in evolving environments
Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Manage the integration of telephony and CRM systems Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in health or social sciences
7+ years in leadership in a healthcare or human-services setting
Experience managing performance metrics and budgets
Proficient in stakeholder management and building trust
