You will work primarily with adults and couples while potentially seeing families or adolescents. Expect regular referrals to grow your caseload, alongside dedicated time for team collaboration and case discussions. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a caseload of 15+ clients weekly
Utilize both in-person and virtual therapy modalities
Deliver sessions using expertise in EMDR and other techniques
Connect with clients in an empathetic, trauma-informed manner
Participate in team meetings for growth and support Requirements:
Registration in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW
Proof of qualified liability insurance
Solid background and training in EMDR methodologies
Familiarity with Google Workspace, training provided
