Reporting to the Manager the primary areas of focus for this position are:Key ResponsibilitiesEmbrace the hotel’s Food and Beverage Standards and its Vision, Mission, and Values.Exceed the expectations of all guests (both internal and external) through empowerment and by responding attentively, efficiently, and politely to all requests.Contribute to the overall financial success of the Food and Beverage department through suggestive selling, up-selling, breakage/equipment control, and accurate financial reporting.Ensure cleanliness of the front and back of the house and ensuring the safety of guests.Perform opening/closing duties such as preparing tables, stocking stations.Prepare beverage orders for guests and serve in a responsible manner.Serve guests with full knowledge of all menu items.Bus and reset tables as required.Help create a positive work setting through teamwork and cooperation with peers and team leaders.Actively participate in monthly departmental communication meetings.Contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by reporting all safety hazards, following WHMIS and Fire safety training,
