Medical Receptionist

We are in search of medical receptionist who has experience in ACCURO EMR and can administer FP and walk-in clinic independently.

Clinic Details

Open Mondays to Saturdays

Multiline Phone System

ACCURO EMR System

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
scheduling appointments
greeting and registering patients
making and receiving telephone calls (multi line phone system)
processing specialist referrals
filing, faxing, emailing and scanning
assisting doctors during minor procedures
invoicing and processing payment to third parties
accounts receivable monitoring, initiating collections
ordering vaccines from Halton Region
Maintaining/Ordering office supplies inventory
following all sanitizing, cleaning, screening patients etc

Qualifications




Medical Office Assistant Course completed required

-MUST have 2 years EMR experience worked at a medical clinic
Must be fluent in English and be able to speak clearly and having excellent English communication skills
must possess an excellent knowledge of internet and keyboarding
previous medical office experience required

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
