Fit bearings and attach motors with precision
Conduct preventive maintenance using analysis procedures
Troubleshoot digital control systems effectively
Perform high-quality fieldwork and follow-up
Mentor apprentices in secure working practices Requirements:
Journeyperson Ticket or actively in apprenticeship program
Valid CSTS-20 Certificate
Proven Millwright experience in industrial construction
Ability to lift 25kg and work in varying conditions
