Senior Manager, Client Segment Strategy & Execution

to lead growth, engagement, and client experience strategies across priority client segments. The ideal candidate will have

direct consumer/retail banking experience , strong financial services expertise, and a proven ability to influence senior executives and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and execute segment strategies that drive

client acquisition, engagement, retention, share of wallet, and business growth , while leveraging client insights, analytics, partnerships, and market intelligence to deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and business growth. Leverage

consumer/retail banking expertise

and market insights to identify opportunities and develop differentiated client strategies. Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned segments and translate insights into actionable growth plans. Client Experience & Analytics Use client, market, financial, and performance insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic and investment decisions. Lead initiatives that improve client experience, engagement, loyalty, and financial outcomes. Develop executive reporting, business cases, and recommendations based on data and performance metrics. Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership Lead complex, large-scale initiatives across business, product, technology, operations, marketing, and other functions. Influence senior stakeholders and executives, building alignment and securing support for strategic priorities. Develop and deliver

executive-level presentations and compelling business stories





that translate complex information into explicit recommendations. Develop strategic partnerships that support segment growth and strengthen client relationships. Manage budgets, investments, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI. Build and maintain senior relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Lead and coordinate

onshore and offshore teams

across strategic initiatives and delivery programs. Establish clear objectives, accountability, and execution expectations across geographically distributed teams. Mentor team members and foster effective cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications 8–10+ years of progressive experience

in financial services, consumer/retail banking, client strategy, segment management, partnerships, business development, or a related field. Significant direct consumer/retail banking experience

with knowledge of client acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer experience. Financial services experience, including exposure to

B2B and/or institutional environments . Proven success developing and executing growth strategies with measurable business outcomes. Experience leading

large-scale, cross-functional initiatives

and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong

executive communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills . Strong strategic, analytical, commercial, and financial acumen. Experience leading or managing

onshore and offshore teams . Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while driving strong execution.
