Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventive maintenance as per schedules
• Operate and maintain various facility equipment
• Document compliance with safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness in public and operational areas
• Collaborate on continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of Building Operator experience
• Class 5 driver’s license required
• Pool Operator Level 2 certification
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Recent Vulnerable Sector police check necessary
