Custom Cabinet Installer

Barlow is looking for a skilled Custom Cabinet Installer to join our team. We’re seeking someone who takes pride in precise, high-quality work and can deliver an excellent experience in our customers’ homes.

Responsibilities
Install custom cabinets, millwork, trim, panels, hardware, and related components
Read drawings, plans, and installation specifications
Measure accurately and make on-site adjustments when required
Ensure installations are level, secure, properly aligned, and professionally finished
Identify and resolve installation issues
Protect customers’ homes and maintain a clean, organized work area
Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and other trades
Follow company safety and quality standards

Qualifications
Previous cabinet, millwork, finish-carpentry, or kitchen-installation experience




Solid attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Ability to read drawings and use installation tools confidently
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and safely handle cabinets and installation materials
