Join the Cluster Applications Branch as a Software Developer focused on multi-platform applications essential for critical operational needs. This position is based in Toronto. We are looking for a highly skilled software developer to provide operational support for tax management systems and other applications. The role will engage with a complex product setting across Windows and RHEL, requiring expertise in Java and low-code platforms like Power Apps.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical challenges, performance tuning, and documentation to support system functionality. Key Responsibilities:
Resolve technical problems during software operation.
Support performance tuning and security management.




Conduct software unit tests and provide technical assistance.
Ensure continuous availability through incident management.
Update and maintain user documentation. Requirements:
Solid knowledge of programming languages, especially Java.
Experience with Change Requests and technical assessments.
Proficiency in low-code platforms and Azure DevOps.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Onsite work required in Toronto or Oshawa, 5 days a week. Utilize your skills in an engaging and challenging role, supporting diverse applications.
