Join the Housing Transitions Team as an Overnight Transitions Caseworker at Alpha House. In this full time position, you will work with clients to identify their barriers and strengths, assisting them in achieving housing stability.

Your responsibilities will include personalized case management and collaboration with community resources. The ideal candidate must possess solid skills in harm reduction and crisis management, alongside a deep understanding of housing systems. Key Responsibilities:
Support clients from intake to long-term living
Manage personalized goals and progress tracking




Collaborate with agencies and ensure accurate documentation
Provide transportation for clients as needed
Actively participate in program evaluations and meetings Requirements:
Two-year diploma in social sciences or equivalent
1+ years of experience in mental health support
Knowledge of Calgary's housing systems preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
