YEG Dream Tarts is seeking a dependable night-shift baker to prepare dough from scratch and bake tart shells overnight. The baker will follow established recipes and nightly production schedules so baked products are ready for the morning production team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare tart dough from scratch according to established recipes
Measure, weigh and mix ingredients accurately
Roll, cut and shape tart shells
Operate commercial mixers, ovens and other bakery equipment
Bake tart shells and monitor baking times, temperatures, colour and consistency
Follow nightly production schedules and prepare the required quantities
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards
Cool, store, label and rotate baked products correctly
Track ingredient usage and report inventory shortages
Maintain accurate production and food-safety records
Clean and sanitize baking equipment, utensils and production surfaces
Follow food-safety, allergen-control and workplace-safety procedures
Prepare the bakery production area for the morning team
