Communicate resident health shifts to physicians promptly
Participate in shift reports to ensure informed team support
Contribute to procedure revisions within the unit Requirements:
Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
Knowledge of relevant long-term care legislation
Background in geriatric nursing required
Active member in positive standing with nursing college
