We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Member Relations Manager to lead our member engagement initiatives and foster strong relationships within our organization through our Kamloops regional office. This role is vital in ensuring member satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our community programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strategic mindset to manage diverse projects and teams effectively.

Duties
Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee the planning and execution of member events, programs, and initiatives.
Manage member feedback channels, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with Kelowna teams to align member services with organizational goals.
Conduct analysis of member data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Negotiate partnerships and agreements with external vendors or organizations to benefit members.
Maintain comprehensive records of member interactions, feedback, and program outcomes.




Lead projects aimed at expanding membership base and improving member retention rates.

Skills

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
