Join Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak Inc. as a Post Sentence Support Worker in Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation, MB. This full time role focuses on assisting individuals as they navigate their post-sentence journey through compassionate advocacy and support. Reporting to the MKO PSS Coordinator, the Post Sentence Support Worker will play a vital role in helping individuals fulfill their sentence conditions.

You will serve as a primary support contact, liaising with service providers and building robust community ties while ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and case plans. Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance for successful sentence completion
Support the reintegration into local communities
Make referrals to necessary health services
Maintain and report on case tracking systems
Identify career development opportunities Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Social Sciences preferred
Solid understanding of Criminal Justice concepts
Organizational and prioritization skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel Support individuals in their healing journeys with MKO by providing essential post-sentence services.
