Blackstone Homes is a premier home builder, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality living environments. We’re currently seeking a Full Time Showhome Host (Sales Associate) for one of our new Show home.

As a Show Home Host, your duties include:
Be the front line to potential clients of Blackstone Homes
Greeting Customers, answering questions, taking calls
Educate and inspire potential clients on the Blackstone Homes difference
Following up with client concerns and questions throughout the entire sale cycle
Creating sales action plans to sell spec. inventory
Marketing material preparation and well versed in social media
Research and analyze the competition in the new home sales market
Maintain tidy and clean sales center
Participate in weekly sales meeting

Required Skills/Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience in customer service or current home sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Management Software.




Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational expertise.
You are able to work evenings and weekends during standard show homes hours.

Compensation:

Base Salary commission structure

Show Home Hours:

Monday - Thursday - 3 pm to 8 pm

Saturday, Sunday & Holidays - 12 Noon to 5 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
