Your responsibilities will span across entire transaction processes, bringing value at every stage from negotiation to post-transaction integration while mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities:
Participate actively in due diligence for various transactions
Identify and resolve GAAP issues in target valuations
Prepare and assess financial forecasts
Support strategic decisions through detailed analysis
Foster client relationships and develop recent business prospects Requirements:
At least 8 years, with a minimum of 5 years in diligence
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or similar
CPA or equivalent is required
Bilingual in English and French
