Job Summary

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections of outside areas, plumbing, and building infrastructure to identify potential issues early.
Conduct repairs and maintenance on equipment, fixtures, doors, windows, and other facility components to ensure safety and functionality.
Assist with setup and teardown for events or special projects within the facility.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently.




Follow safety protocols and ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with vendors or contractors when specialized repairs or installations are required.

Experience
Proven experience in building maintenance, repair work, or a similar hands-on role.
Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general carpentry is highly desirable.
Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and effectively.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace.
Valid driver’s license and own vechicle is required
Must be able to obtain criminal record check
