You’ll lead all in office inspections, prepare various reports, and document every critical phase of construction. Your expertise in inspecting adherence to standards will be key in collaborating with clients and contractors throughout the projects. Key Responsibilities:
Manage in office quality inspections for various projects
Prepare detailed construction documentation and reports
Archive photographic records of construction activities
Facilitate construction progress meetings and reviews
Train less experienced staff in inspection standards Requirements:
2 to 3 years experience in municipal inspection work
Educational background in Civil Engineering or Technology
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License
Positive organizational and communication skills Support community enhancement through diligent inspection and project management at Stantec.
