The Market

Lead will motivate and train the Market Associates while leveraging robust product knowledge and relationships to drive guest satisfaction and sales. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and team tasks
Collaborate with Warehouse for productive stock management
Ensure product safety and proper disposal of waste
Conduct product demonstrations with Events & Education
Verify financial transactions and maintain accurate records Requirements:
Previous retail experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
Basic math and cash handling proficiency
Must be flexible for nights and weekends
