This full time position involves planning, supervising, and coordinating the maintenance workforce while ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety standards. You will handle work requests, assist in project execution, and proactively address issues that affect our operations. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage maintenance trades' daily activities
Ensure contract personnel efficiency to reduce costs
Oversee quality of completed work and documentation
Assist in planning turnaround projects and reviews
Track and report maintenance performance metrics Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in oil and gas
Expertise in maintenance coordination across trades
High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
