Your primary focus will be on executing M&A; processes from target qualification to closing, developing a robust M&A; team, and fostering relationships with acquisition targets. Proven expertise in financial modelling and robust leadership qualities are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Support the President and lead M&A; execution team
Recruit and develop junior M&A; specialists
Qualify acquisition targets through discussions and assessments




Conduct detailed financial analysis of companies' performance
Build financial models determining valuations for acquisitions Requirements:
5+ years in M&A;, preferably in finance or private equity
Success managing M&A; teams and closing mid-market deals
Advanced excel skills and financial modelling expertise
Solid communication skills for executive interactions
