In this role, reporting directly to the District Manager, the Supervisor will lead a team of Municipal Licensing and Standards Officers. The focus is on effective program delivery across various regulations, contributing to a protected and compliant community. Ideal candidates will possess substantial leadership and regulatory enforcement experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day enforcement of municipal regulations
• Train and develop Officers for high performance
• Manage compliance with health and safety standards




• Prepare and present reports for municipal meetings
• Facilitate dispute resolutions and stakeholder communications
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in supervising in a regulatory setting
• Knowledge of municipal legislation and policies
• Valid Class “G” Driver’s License in Ontario
• Robust communication and decision-making abilities
