Lead operations of roads, drainage, and municipal infrastructures
Manage capital projects, including contracts and engineering reviews




Assist in preparing and managing department budgets
Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures
Interact regularly with stakeholders to ensure service delivery Requirements:
Civil Engineering Technology diploma or degree required
At least five years of infrastructure-related experience
Proven leadership and budgeting skills
Proficient in financial management software
