Greet families and conduct informative facility tours
Book classes and process financial transactions smoothly
Respond to phone calls and emails with care
Offer assistance in program selection tailored to each swimmer
Keep the facility organized and prepared for activities Requirements:
1 year of customer service experience is an advantage
Excellent communicator with a friendly demeanor
Capable of multitasking and staying composed
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn systems
