Compensation and Advantages
Starting wages of $20.55/hr with $1 premium
Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow work instructions to produce and verify conformance to quality standards.
Meet hourly quotas.
Document daily production.




Operate paint booths and know all stations
Ability to be cross trained in many areas, tasks and or machinery.
Ability to train PTMs in the absence of the Leader Tech.
Understand and follow the Kanban system.
Work in a safe manner within Health and Safety guidelines.
Maintain 5S in all assigned areas.

Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test
You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
Must be able to adhere PPE requirements (For Respirator fitness - clean shave of facial hair mandatory for adherence
Experience in Paint Booths is considered an asset.

If all other factors equal seniority will be used

Straight Shift Timing on Day Shift (6:00AM-2:30AM) but may be required to change shifts in order to accommodate production requirements.
