Take on a critical role as a Laboratory Technician in our Biology department. You will manage the labs' operations, ensuring proper setup and maintenance of all essential supplies and equipment. We are looking for a Laboratory Technician – Biology to support the Faculty of Science.

Responsible for the coordination of lab activities, this position requires a robust understanding of biology lab practices. You will assist faculty in conducting classes by preparing necessary supplies and maintaining a secure lab workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the biology laboratories
Prepare and dismantle lab setups for each session
Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory supplies
Assist in demonstrating laboratory techniques to students
Comply with safety and government legislation in all lab work Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in biology required
Prior experience in laboratory settings preferred
Knowledgeable in laboratory inventory and ordering
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
