As an LPN, you will need a Practical Nursing diploma and LPN license, and you will be key to promoting health and healing. Your ability to communicate effectively and work in a team will help achieve optimal patient care. This role entails working shifts of 8 hours over three weeks. Key Responsibilities:
Promote health and provide patient education
Collaborate effectively within a health care team
Monitor and document patient health progress
Work independently when required
Assist with travel to different patient locations Requirements:

Registration with CLPNS is necessary
