Support grooming and personal care routines o • Aid residents during meals, ensuring nourishment needs are met
Clean and maintain residents' living space o • Disinfect and sterilize care instruments as necessary
Help orient recent residents and facilitate their transition Requirements:
Completion of an accredited PSW program
Experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Excellent communication and empathy skills
