Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth and effective functioning
Lead, motivate, and support teaching staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences
Develop and implement effective learning plans tailored to individual student needs
Build solid relationships with students and parents to foster trust and engagement
Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and celebrate achievements to boost motivation




Coordinate promotional activities to attract new students and retain current families
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and administrative documentation

Experience
Proven experience in teaching or educational coordination, preferably within tutoring or enrichment programs
Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and staff
Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience in customer service or community engagement is advantageous

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
