We are looking for a live-in superintendent to manage a 60-unit apartment building in London.

Responsibilities include
Daily monitoring the condition of the vacant units, and interior/exterior of the property
Cleaning of the common areas
Minor repairs and maintenance
Vacant unit turnover
Resolve tenant concerns
Overseeing outside trades
Assist residents with general inquiries about the building and their suite
Administration: rent collection, bank deposits, reports, delivery of notices
Completion of inspections and reports
Maintaining fire logs, winter maintenance logs, and duty logs
Leasing: showing apartments, filling out applications, reporting to management

Must speak fluent English, read, and write in English,



and communicate by email is essential. Minimum travel required.

The live-in position is ideal for a retired person, or a couple where one person wishes to work from home.

Salary: $2,700/month gross. Rent is deducted from your salary.
