You'll work closely with other physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and PTA/OTA's across our hospitals. Our care team provides support across the following programs:ICU/ Acute Care/ Acute Stroke UnitGeneral Rehab/ Stroke Rehab/ Complex Continuing CareOutpatient Total Joint Replacement/ Outpatient Community Stroke RehabROLEDeliver comprehensive assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and management of physical conditions resulting from injury, illness, or disabilityPlan, organize, and prioritize patient caseloads to ensure timely and effective service deliveryDevelop and implement individualized care plans, including therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and manual therapy within professional scope of practiceMaintain accurate clinical documentation, workload statistics, and patient records in accordance with institutional and regulatory standardsCollaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and provide referrals or consultation to other professionals or agencies as neededUphold patient safety and infection control protocols while ensuring all clinical equipment is clean and functioning properlyParticipate in quality assurance initiatives, departmental meetings,
