We are seeking a motivated and energetic Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with consistency, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a lively kitchen workplace
Basic serving skills are a plus, along with familiarity with meal preparation and food industry standards
Commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
