This full-time seasonal position reports to the Director of Slope Operations and requires solid leadership skills to supervise a diverse team including Welders and Equipment Operators. Your role involves enhancing guest experiences through secure and effective mountain operations, emphasizing teamwork and community spirit. Candidates should have substantial snowmaking or grooming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations of grooming and snowmaking teams
• Cultivate a supportive and engaging workplace culture
• Plan schedules according to operational needs
• Uphold safety standards and manage accident protocols
• Ensure timely maintenance reporting on equipment
Requirements:
• 5+ years of snowmaking or grooming experience
• Experience managing teams of over 30 staff preferred
• Must be comfortable in extreme outdoor weather
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and various shifts
• Landscape construction experience is advantageous
