Lead Automation Developer

Greater Toronto Area | Hybrid | Full time

Location:100 Adelaide Street West, Toronto

Hybrid: 4 days onsite, Monday to Thursday

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Automation Developer to help build and scale enterprise Agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions.

This role is focused on moving beyond traditional RPA into solutions that combine AI agents, workflow automation, enterprise integrations, Human-in-the-Loop processes, and generative AI.

You will work across technologies including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, UiPath, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

What You’ll Do
Design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise AI agents and intelligent automation solutions
Build multi-step agentic workflows that retrieve information, apply logic, call systems/APIs, execute tasks, and manage exceptions
Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and automation platforms




Design Human-in-the-Loop approval and escalation workflows
Modernize existing RPA solutions with AI and agentic capabilities
Assess business processes and recommend the right automation or AI platform for each use case
Own solutions through the full lifecycle from design through production support
Contribute to technical standards, code reviews, testing, documentation, and development best practices

What We’re Looking For
Experience taking AI-enabled automation solutions into production
3+ years of hands-on UiPath, Power Platform, RPA, or enterprise automation experience
Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, API integrations, and Human-in-the-Loop
Robust enterprise integration experience with APIs, applications, data, and backend systems
Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholder
