Join Dentons as an Accounts Payable Lead in a hybrid role split between home and office in Ottawa, Toronto, or Montreal. Lead the daily operations responsible for invoice processing and vendor relationships. In this leadership role, you will oversee the complete procure-to-pay process while fostering operational efficiency.

Collaborating with Finance and business teams, you will ensure compliance with policies, manage month-end closings, and drive process improvement initiatives. Your expertise in accounts payable will be essential for maintaining accurate records and timely disbursements. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounts payable operations and workflows
Monitor vendor invoices and employee expense claims




Lead team training and development initiatives
Resolve complex vendor inquiries and payment issues
Prepare reports and reconciliations for financial closes Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
At least 5 years’ experience in accounts payable
Knowledge of payment operations and internal controls
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
