Immigration Law Clerk

Nanua & Ioffe Lawyers is a reputable firm with over 30 years of combined experience in personal injury, family law, and immigration law. We're currently seeking a skilled Immigration Law Clerk to join our energetic team.

Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Manage files from intake to completion, including client communication and document collection
Prepare and submit a wide range of immigration applications (PR, sponsorships, work permits, study permits, refugee claims, etc.)
Draft submissions, forms, and supporting letters
Monitor application deadlines and follow up with immigration authorities
Assist with scheduling consultations and managing calendars
Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records (physical and digital)
Provide administrative and procedural support across multiple files
Provide general administrative support to senior staff

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Law Clerk or Immigration Consultant program




Strong organizational and file management skills with high attention to detail
Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes and documentation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple files independently in a fast-paced setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with immigration portals and case management systems is an asset
French language skills are considered an asset

Salary: $40,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
