Support the Inventory Control team at Xanadu by managing inventory for an creative photonic hardware lab in Toronto. Execute asset tracking, supply restocking, and equipment organization effectively. As an Inventory Control Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art laboratory.

Your responsibilities include assisting with inventory management and sensitive materials handling while ensuring laboratory stock levels are maintained. Ideal candidates will have outstanding organizational skills and experience in managing delicate equipment. Key Responsibilities:
Track inventory accurately and maintain data in inventory software
Assist with restocking lab supplies and organizing equipment




Handle sensitive materials with care for shipping/receiving
Check outbound shipments for timely delivery
Support yearly inventory audits and maintain equipment checklists Requirements:
2+ years in inventory control, shipping, or data management
Valid Ontario G license for driving within Ontario
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and GSuite
Solid interpersonal and time management skills
