Society of Okanagan & Kootenay is seeking a dedicated Inventory/Suite Turnover Worker. This role includes conducting move-out inspections, documenting tenant belongings, and ensuring suites are cleaned and repaired efficiently. You will also assist with annual inspections and perform various janitorial tasks as required. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct move-out inspections and assess suite conditions
Manage inventory of tenant belongings and pack items for storage
Clean and maintain empty suites meeting turnover timelines
Assist with annual suite inspections and report issues
Execute assigned janitorial duties including spill clean-up Requirements:
High School diploma required
Basic computer skills and software adaptability
Robust attention to detail and integrity
Physical capability to lift up to 30lbs
Ability to explicit a Criminal Record Check Leverage your cleaning and maintenance skills to support tenants in transitioning to their recent homes.
