Help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive as a Direct Care Worker with Superior Greenstone Association for Community Living (SGACL). This role focuses on personalized support and community integration. In the capacity of a Direct Care Worker, you will promote the well-being of each individual by following the guidelines of Individual Support Plans (ISPs).

The role involves providing personal care, facilitating community access, and assisting with skill development. You will actively participate in continual learning and adhere to all safety and qualified standards required by SGACL. Key Responsibilities:
Implement Individual Support Plans to achieve personal goals
Assist with daily living activities and personal care




Document health changes and report incidents
Direct transportation to social and medical appointments
Encourage relationship building within the community Requirements:
Clean vulnerable sector check required
First Aid & CPR Certification needed
Diploma in developmental or social services preferred
Excellent communication and computer skills essential
